Sunday Mills is a pioneering co-living building of 315 impressive studio apartments focused around an array of shared amenity spaces, community uses and landscaping. Facilities include a huge working hub, fully fitted gym and rooftop with 360 panoramic views of London’s skyline, designed to change City living for good.

  • Also known as Garrett Mills, this signature development was crowned the Best Community Living Project in 2023 British Home Awards. It involved the transformation of a historic former gunpowder mill into a new cultural hub. The Navabi team supplied and installed the full mechanical package.
